Meet Your Instructor and Coach, Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor unlike any other. Her wealth of knowledge ranges from joint/muscle pain to pelvic health. Since 1998, when Elizabeth earned a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, she has continued to expand her skills in order to serve her clients at a higher level. Certified in several different modalities — including mat and Suspension Pilates — Elizabeth’s vast experience means that your sessions are tailored to meet your needs, achieve your goals, and support you to live a long and active life. Along with her PT and Pilates practice Elizabeth enjoys exercise and hiking with friends, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons and two dogs.

Foundations Pilates & Physical Therapy began in 2016, focusing on core strength, breathwork, flexibility, and stress relief. Our approach integrates mindful Pilates practices to enhance both physical fitness and mental wellness.
